OSHA statement on the Emergency Response Standard and Volunteers

Please read email below and the attachment. We are being heard by OSHA but the fight is not over, OSHA is recognizing our concerns but nothing has been voted on. We still will go through the hearing on November 12th and we have Representatives scheduled to testify at this hearing. Marv and I are currently at the NVFC Fall Conference in Kansas City and there is a lot of focused conversations on this topic. Remember OSHA has acknowledged our concerns but no final decisions have been made.
