2025 Annual Convention Hosted by the Iowa Firefighters Association
September 3-6, 2025
THE 2025 CONVENTION WILL BE CASHLESS. To simplify the accounting and registration process, ALL sales will be by card of VENMO throughout the entire event, This includes registration, Camping, Golf, Bowling, Merchandise sales, Ice and Beverage sales, etc.. Please plan accordingly as you prepare to register for another great time at convention!

2025 IFA Convention Pricing:
Attendee Registration $80.00 per person (until Aug 1st)
After Aug. 1st will be $100 per person.
20’ x 70’ Campsites $120
40’ x 70’ Campsites $160
Golf Teams of 4 person Wed. and Thur. $120
Location: Honey Creek Golf Course, Boone
Bowling Teams of 5 people Wed. and Thur. $125
Location: Perfect Games, Ames
Early Camping $20 per night. Camp grounds will open to early camping on Aug. 29th at 5pm.
Fire wood sales will be available at a later date.
All proceeds from this Convention will go directly to the Iowa Firefighters Association for the purpose of enhancing the functions of the IFA and improving the convention equipment.
*Fire rings will need to be elevated at a minimum height of 8" off the ground. Note - 8" is equivalent to a standard concrete block placed on its side.*

Any fire department belonging to the Iowa Firefighters Association that is interested in hosting an upcoming convention can contact the Executive Director’s office at 402-326-4347 or email ifaoffice@iafireassn.org for further information.
A host town is voted on each year at the convention meeting to host the convention that would be coming up in two years.
